Refund Policy

At Terra Goa, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. Our refund policy is designed to address any concerns fairly and transparently:
 

Reservation Deposits

• For reservations requiring advance deposits, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Event Bookings

• For event bookings, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the agreement at the time of booking. Typically:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Dissatisfaction with Service

If you experience any issues with our service or offerings during your visit, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will do our best to address the concern, which may include a replacement or a partial refund if deemed appropriate.
